    We were in the process of remodeling our Kitchen. All new appliances were needed. We were refereed to Appliance one by our Kitchen Designer. When we entered the store they were friendly enough and offered to assist us, we were in the early stages and we did not need assistance. While we were looking around we were surprised by the number of appliances with loose or missing handles, debris inside, damaged glass... This did not allow us to get a good idea of the quality of the appliances. Unfortunately we left and purchased elsewhere.

    Great service - much better experience than with a Best Buy "box store". I planned on buying my Westinghouse dryer from Best Buy since they "looked" to have the lowest price. After waiting on hold for 20+ minutes (no active chat feature) to find out what the parts and delivery charges were I requested a price quote from Appliance One and quickly got a response from Casey, the owner. Although they didn't carry Best Buy's discontinued model (come to find out Best Buy only had one unit which had to be purchased in person) they quickly provided a very competitive price for the current model. Casey answered my follow-up questions quickly and was very upfront about everything. - It was apparent that he wanted to do everything he could to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and my overall experience with Appliance One. - I was very impressed that this owner would spend a good amount of time on my relatively small purchase ($400 dryer). - The added bonus was that Casey, without question or any "push-back" promptly refunded the cost of the "standard" (all appliance stores require this for compatibility etc.) dryer cord that I had purchased, after learning that the new cord did not fit into my existing outlet. I don't anticipate any near-term issues with my new dryer, but am confident that when the time comes that I will be able to trust Appliance One with service and repair. - Best Buy and other "box store" could never come close to this level of service!
